Two-Phase Extension - Loughton

This project featured two stages, the first of which was to incorporate an external annex structure, whilst the second phase will feature a large three storey extension complete with a studio in the loft.

The Design

This is a large project that was broken down into two stages. The first phase was the design and construction of an independent external annex structure, using Uniframe light gauge steel frame construction.

The second phase will be a large three storey extension at the rear, also incorporating a beautiful studio structure in the upper loft space, which will
be underway shortly.
